Cameron Bell and Blaise Warrick arrested after lengthy chase
The pair, with Bell as the driver, were pulled over by police in Arkoma, and gave the officers fake IDs. Bell drove off and led the police on a chase into Forth Smith. Arkansas State Police deployed spike strips but they were avoided.
Upon getting to North 44th Street, Bell and Warrick abandoned the car and fled on foot. Bell was caught attempting to break into a house and was sent to a local hospital suffering heat exhaustion before booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center. Warrick was caught later and booked into the same facility.
Police are unsure of why the pair fled, but did find that Bell had several warrants for his arrest.
