Brian Reams wanted for harassment
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Brain Reams, who has no arms. He is accused of harassing three women while they were shopping. The women complained that he was following them around a store and made inappropriate comments, such as asking to massage their feet.
Conway City Attorney Charles Finkenbinder is happy that the women have come forward because the only time he and the police can help prevent similar instances is if the victims come forward and report them. He has also said that most people only share experiences like this with social media and they are unable to help without a formal report.
He, and Conway Police Department Information Officer Lacey Kanipe both thing this will encourage other victims to come forward and to contact the police if they have information on or have been a victim of a similar incident.
