Water pistol robber asks for clemency
Rolf Kaestel robbed a Senor Bob’s Taco Hut in 1981 for $264 while armed with a water pistol. He was sentenced to life in prison and a $15k fine for Aggravated Robbery. Kaestel has applied for the governor for another clemency application.
